Open Question: Internet Speed is so so so so so low!!!?

Thursday, June 19th, 2008

two days ago my internet speed was flying! i downloaded whole albums off the internet in minutes! now it takes 5 hours to download one 3.5 mb song! and the speed is 160 bytes(!)per second!!! its not a connection problem the provider says because the speedmeter shows really hi speeds! i ran a virus and antispyware check with kaspersky, super antispyware, panda and nod32 3 times! and nothing was found. also i dont think its a jam coz my area and my country generally hasnt so much internet traffic and this is the 1st time anyway. i repaired the connection, restarted it, restarted the pc but still the same. any ideas??10 whole points to the one who solves it! thnx
:) it supports up to 2 mbps
